WH-100 Auto-Darkening Welding & Grinding Hood

The WH-100 welding & grinding hood is built for welders and metalworkers who regularly switch between laying welds, cleaning up seams, and preparing surfaces. Its lightweight design combines an auto-darkening welding lens with a clear grinding shield, making it a practical choice for fabrication, repairs, and everyday shop work.

With a flip-up welding window, you can access the clear grinding shield without removing the hood. Lift the window to grind or inspect your work, then lower it when you’re ready to weld again. There’s no need to switch between a welding hood and a separate grinding shield.

The auto-darkening lens features adjustable shade levels from DIN 9–13 and darkens automatically when it detects the welding arc. Sensitivity and delay controls let you adjust how the lens responds and how quickly it returns to its light state after welding stops. A dedicated grinding mode keeps the lens in its light state during grinding.

Designed for extended use, the WH-100 pairs a lightweight, balanced construction with an adjustable halo-style head harness. You can customize the fit to keep the hood secure and comfortable, whether you’re working through a fabrication project or making repairs around the shop.
