Submit a Return Request
Parcil Safety guarantees that we will do everything we can to ensure returning your product is not necessary. However, should you need to return a product for any reason at all, we do have a 30-day any-reason return policy. Please read below on how to start the return process:
Step 1: Log in to your account
In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Step 2: Select the order
Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
Step 3: Select a return reason
Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Then click Request return.
Step 4: Return shipping
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
